Take Self Care Seriously

“I don’t have time” has become such a common human experience. And I get it, you are busy! Time IS hard to find when you work from home and have others who rely on you for caregiving and support. But the truth is, we don’t find time, we make time. We prioritize the things that are most important to us.

Self-care is not selfish. In fact, it’s the only way to recharge your battery! When your phone or laptop is in the red, what is the first thing you do? Reach for a charger! Think of self-care as your battery charger. When we decide to take self-care seriously, it becomes a priority–dare I say a “no-negotiable”?!. Coaching can help get you there.
