Manage Stress Like a Boss

Burnout DOES NOT equal success. It’s also not easy to hide. In fact, those closest to you may be the first to tell you that you are approaching burnout. And what is the biggest warning sign? STRESS. And that is understandable! You are exhausted, not getting quality sleep, frazzled, forgetful, longing for more, losing your sense of self, and consumed with an endless to-do list! In these moments, I encourage my clients to start paying attention to how their stress impacts others, experiment, reach out to friends and family for support, and to try new things to see what sticks. Here are some creative ways to approach WFH burnout and manage stress like a boss…
