What is a Health Coach?

  • Build upon your strengths.

How Health Coaching works

  1. A typical health coaching program lasts 3 months.
  2. The first session can last anywhere between 45-90 minutes where the coach helps you in designing a vision and long-term goals for the next 3 months.
  3. Each session after that can last anywhere between 20-45 minutes and will be focused on one of your long terms goals.
  4. Between each session, the health coach will help you come up with a few small action steps that will enable you to reach your long term goals.
  5. There will be check ins, resources, and support along the way.
  6. Some coaches provide portal access for even more support, accountability, and ability to chat securely in between sessions.
